1 hour sitting, 1 hour walking meditation. Walk slow and be grounded in peace every moment; that is mastery. Don't worry about your family see and laughing at you; they already did many times, and it does not hurt anymore if you are grounded in peace. That test is indeed a powerful test to know the power of Peace. Love you all.
When you are grounded in Peace, those who have a connection with you get to connect with the flow of well-being when they head attention to you. Be a blessing (Heavenly type) for the world, and God always rewards those Heavenly people. LOVE YOU ALL.
