When we meditate, sometimes the mind/body appear gross, sometimes subtle. Subtle is a state of deep subconscious, there may arise subtle irritations such as boredom or the feeling of “ what is next”…, just keep on expanding the consciousness as though you are observing the whole universe of vibration at once, and add a gentle smile to transcend all of those states. Once you can master and transcend deep subconscious minds, you at that moment will know what mastery is, what real peace and real bliss is, what real liberation is. The whole universe at such time is just vibration of peace. It is beyond this world and when you come out, your brain is already trained to go beyond all sufferings of this life, the sense of liberation just gets better and tastier each day. love you all.
Congrats to those who have been meditating 3 times a day with us, great job, most people who practice sincerely are now meditating with ease and deep peace, tranquility ( deep concentration), and gained mastery/solutions over all circumstances in daily life. Clarity is wisdom, transformation at the root level will change your life to more ease, clarity, flow, and happiness.
The time is Viet Nam Time: 4:30 to 5:30 am, 12 to 1 pm, and 7 to 8 pm. No changing postures ( including hands and legs) during 1 hour, just observe, any questions you may ask during lifestream or at times, I would receive the questions during sitting and I will post the answers just like this to help, to motivate, to move you beyond all sufferings and experience real peace, mastery and happiness.
