Don't attach to the pain body. When the parts of the painful body show up, observe objectively from expanded consciousness. Don't zoom in; every pain body is too small for the expanded consciousness if you can surrender to peace/expanded consciousness like that. The pain melts when you don't give it focus. Just observe how it transform like energy moving( it is transforming/ releasing).
Layers after layers of the inside monster being peeled, you will see a new happy life that is a joy to live. Love God and God's People.
Someone is experiencing a density in the head area. Observe to heal that pain. Don't be used by that pain/darkness. Grounded in peace, don't react because reacting multiplies the pain. Be healed through Peace. Love God.
