He is not winning; he is an obvious loser before the eyes of the righteous all around the world. His anger and greed manifested this highest volcano of his country to erupt and the tsunami. Destroy him; everyone can't wait for this collapse of evil. God is good in using him for God's teaching about good and evil and it's result ; the wait should be over. Everyone can't wait for this devil to be wiped out from this beautiful Earth. Otherwise, tsunamis keep on arising because the wickedness of this devil and the punishment from God to this devil and his similar types. 

There are people who once were light, of course not him because he is never one. There are people who once were light; I myself complimented him. However, he was bought by these devils as well; those fallen ones should be brought to light and removed from power. The devil is not meant to rule because it causes destruction;  when devils are removed by the lake of fire,  Heaven come forth, according to the Bible.
