If you just learn to observe your body and mind objectively, Buddhists call that "Meditation" and Christians call that "Peace that surpasses all understanding"; they are one and the same. It is about consciously returning to expanded consciousness/Heavenly freedom state where you once were. Not claiming yourself as the repeat cycle of your limited robot (body-mind/ego). You will get to know the connectedness of all things. Religions call that "wisdom," "oneness," "Enlightenment"... The more you purify, the more the totality of life makes sense because you become it. Love God and God's love.
