Many people from different civilizations said there are things that they can only talk to me about spirituality/ wisdom because no one else truly gets them like this. I think I don't belong to any particular civilization; my civilization is the consciousness that understands civilizations ( the Truth), and that knowledge of Truth sets me free. Seeing Truth means you see through the veils; only with purity/clarity, and a true loving heart can you do that. And it is a miracle, beautiful to understand life that way( through the Truth). That knowledge itself is Heaven on Earth. 

Also, advanced soul families/high knowledge civilizations, when they have been together many times before this journey, understand each other beyond language.
