Today and tomorrow we will not meet through livestream in both Vietnamese and English. Instead, at the time of Dharma Talk/Speech, you will practice meditation together. Sit for 15 minutes, smile, observe the body from the outside to purify limitations of the ego( body/mind). "Only when you are beyond the bounds of body and mind will you be attuned to the boundless wisdom of the universe. Stop limiting yourself, it is enough." - Tammie Truong.

After meditating for 15 minutes, practice gratitude for all the blessings in life.
