Schedule of group meditation (3times/day)

In the coming days we will practice group meditation at the following hours:

Morning:4:30 to 5:30

Noon: 12:00 to 1:00

Evening: 7:00 to 8:00 Vietnam time.

After meditating, practice gratitude, smile and send love to all. You can practice Loving Kindness, should listen without wifi connection: Metta Bhavana (https://youtu.be/e4PtZMBDRf8) Practicing Loving Kindness will help you reduce being disturbed by bad deeds and enemies while you try to practice to resume the light within. The lights of virtue and wisdom. Loving compassionate practices will protect you as well as support you and your loved ones a lot during this time. Loving compassionate/ forgiveness are protective shields and key of ascension to higher level of civilization that earth, like many other planets, is ascending to.
