The bare physical entrance is not it, though Shambhala will be unfolded on Earth. The first entrance into Shambhala/The New Heaven/Rapture is through spiritual purification, as the Bible states, via the Tree of Life given by God (see Revelation). There is also the Water of Life that heals in God’s Holy City. There are Gates to God’s Kingdom (as stated in the Bible), for God is JUST.

Those with bad intentions cannot enter.
