When you meditate, you will know the type of food that makes you healthy, happy, positive... those should be food that have light such as organic and vegan food. You will also see clearly which type of food make you feel dense, ugly, unhappy and those are the very unhealthy characteristics/reality itself. Don't let Satan fools you by taste and it's sinful/wicked creation/belief. Adam and Eve was vegetarian/vegan. Let's eat to be free, not to be chained by sin/ revenge of animal. Don't let the sins of animal be yours. Refrain from sinful food. Let's eat to live , Jesus is love and is life and the light of the world. Love God.
