You are strong and loved by God and me

Muah. You are strong and loved by God and me. Last night I took a shower late at night because my skin was so itchy. I went outside for a while and came back without a shower before sleeping because I just wanted to meditate and doing some spiritual work with my team. I was shaking right after the shower( 3 AM I think), but to me, it was so interesting how meditation can transform all energies. It reminded me that if I could survive in the Himalayan mountains, which I did, I could survive any weather condition. My body and mind are more sensitive now because of the upgrades, but I love the sensitive intelligence of superconsciousness regardless. It is so beautiful. Love God and God's Creation.
